Do I need a consultation?
No. A consultation is optional. You can send the Hat Brief first, and we’ll contact you through your preferred method.
Which materials do you work with?
Rabbit, beaver and nutria fur felts, plus Ecuadorian toquilla straw. We do not use wool.
How should I measure?
Sizes are recorded in centimeters. Have another person measure your head and follow the Hat Brief’s sizing directions.
Can you work toward an event date?
Tell us your date in the Hat Brief. Rush work depends on the project and schedule; we will confirm feasibility and any rush charges before you commit.
